Laurent is the CEO / Co-Founder of Cornerstone Essentials. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and customer experience industries in global leadership roles at IBM, Microsoft, Wolters Kluwer and NielsenIQ.
Laurent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and dual MBAs in Financial Management/Management from Southeastern University. He lives in South Florida with his wife, and they have five children together.
Carmen Alexandra Charles
Carmen is the Chief Marketing Officer / Co-Founder of Cornerstone Essentials. During the past 20 years, she has developed extensive experience managing budgets and developing marketing strategies for several small family businesses.
Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida International University, a Master of Fine Arts in Film/Video Production & Distribution from Howard University, and an MBA in Marketing from Southeastern University.
